Our Team

A graduate from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Mr. Luke formally founded The Luke Law Firm, LLC in Brooklyn, New York 2011, upon acquiring the controlling interest in the former law practice of Kings County Civil Court Judge Harriett Thompson. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Luke was engaged with  Balsamo Rosenblatt LLP, as a limited liability partner handling Landlord/Tenant and Civil Litigation matters. With over two decades of litigation experience, Mr. Luke has worked with, Pressler and Pressler, LLP,  the Legal Aid Society of New York, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Hopson-Williams, P.C., as well as acted as counsel for The Law Office of Jason Foy, former Bronx County Assistant District Attorney, appearing on criminal matters. Mr. Luke is a member of the New York State Bar Association, The New York County Lawyers Association, Texas Southern University Alumni Association, The Thurgood Marshall Law School Alumni Association, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and The Heman Sweatt Memorial Project, LLC (Board Member). Mr. Luke is also admitted to the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York.
